My Connection Is Slow, I'm Tired.

hmmm, i'm so tired with this connection. This connection is very slow. I'm used a modem. I'm used a GSM in my modem. whereas the quota are still many. I don't know why. I had tried many ways to make this connection not slow, but the result are not avail. I tried to be angry but it will like crazy :D .
Many speculation appear in my mind. From the connection is slow because of the bad weather until this connection is slow because the internet signal of my GSM is bad.
I live in the beautiful montains, but the signal there is not as good as city. But no problem. It becomes a challenge for me.

I know at each provider of GSM or CDMA. They had given each policy on every their product.
We as a good citizens should act well too, right? That we must keep the network internet in our country.
